Dr. Cory Fortson is a third‑generation dentist who has built a practice grounded in genuine care and clinical excellence. A specialist in full‑mouth reconstruction and implant dentistry, Dr. Fortson commits to continuous learning—spending an hour each morning on advanced study in implants and reconstructive techniques.

After graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, he completed extensive post‑graduate training, including a two‑year IV sedation residency with prosthodontic surgeon Al Wesley, during which he participated in over 50 All‑on‑4 surgeries under direct supervision.

Since then he has placed thousands of implants and completed over 300 full‑arch restorations. Dr. Fortson’s advanced training includes a mini residency in full‑mouth implant solutions in Mexico, Portugal and a recent advanced residency in Brazil through the Pikos full‑arch program.

He is also a Dawson Academy graduate in full‑mouth occlusion rehabilitation, equipping him to deliver comprehensive care from surgical placement to final restorative occlusion. He participates in an elite, monthly peer group under Phelan Dental Courses and remains actively engaged in continuing education in guided bone regeneration, occlusal design, soft‑tissue grafting, veneers, and oral surgery.
